Tiramisù con uova pastorizzate - Tiramisu with pasteurized eggs

Il tiramisù è un dolce golosissimo, e prevede l'uso di uova crude, quindi lo mangio solo se le uova sono pastorizzate (processo utilizzato per abbattere la carica batterica).
Le uova pastorizzate sono disponibili in commercio, ma nel caso ne foste sprovvisti è possibile  procedere con la pastorizzazione fatta in casa (ricetta  qui).

The tiramisù is a delicious cake, and involves the use of raw eggs, so I eat it only if the eggs are pasteurized (process used to break down the bacterial load).

Pasteurized eggs are available on the market, but if you don't have them you can proceed with homemade pasteurization (recipe here).
