Piadina semi-integrale con olio extravergine d'oliva (senza strutto) - Piadina with whole grain flour and Extra virgin oil (no lard)



Piadina is originally from Romagna. It is a sort of flat bread,  eaten like a sandwich, usually filled with cheese, cold cuts, vegetables.
Piadina is traditionally made with pork fat. I like a lighter piadina version made with extra-virgin olive oil.
